    Labour TENS Machines

    Elle Plus TENS and Elle 2 TENS are both obstetric TENS machines that will provide a level of pain releif for you during labour. The Elle Plus TENS is the more advanced machine with an additional pain mode, designed to target general pain and inovulation pains too. The Elle 2 TENS machine is a labour only TENS. Both machines are designed for labour and they both have the boost button. Typically a labour TENS machine is fitted as soon as the labour pain is starting to feel intense. For further information on how to use TENS can be found here. The Neurotrac Obstetric TENS Machine is another amazing labour TENS that supports you identically as the Elle 2 in labour. Designed for labour only, with a boost button, will help to ease your labour pain. This machine is common in obstetric clinics.

     

    Comfortable Upright Birth Stool (CUB)

    An inflatable birth stool that is designed to provide comfortable, versatile support for a range of labour positions. The Comfortable Upright Birth Stool is used throughout labour, either to sit on, rest on or lean over, squatting with support, all fourst supported, asymmetrical kneeling all while maintaining an upright position. Comfortable Upright Birth can also provide amazing support to you while on epidural, so it can be used in the home as well as in the hospital. No matter which way the birth stool is used, it ensures your pelvis is open, by 30 percent this additional space can make all the difference in comparison to labouring on a chair or bed.

     

    The Birth Sling

    The Birth Sling is an ancient birth tool that is disigned to keep you upright and active during labour no matter where you choose to birth. The birth sling comes with two attachments, one which can be used behing a door, the other can attach to a ceiling hook, or even an outside tree branch. Lean back into the birth sling, swing and sway and pull down into a squat position. using the birth sling allows for almost limitless movements and positions supporting the rotation of your pelvis as well as resting and relaxing into. Simply an amaxing birth tool.
